When we arrived at the airport our driver was already waiting for us. He helped us with our luggage, both at the airport and at the hotel. When we had to transfer from Baku to Buzovna 3 days later, we have used traveltobaku.info once again and it was great. Although the driver couldn't arrive the exact time we originally planned, we were well informed ahead of time that he would be a few minutes late. The free magnetic souvenirs of Azerbaijan were a bonus, thanks! We decided to use the hotel's airport shuttle the next day to return to Baku instead of contacting azerbaijanguide.az again - what a mistake, never again - we will definitely only use azerbaijanguide.az in future for transfers when in Baku.
