Introduction
Azerbaijanguide.az provides you the full package to discover all main sightseeings of Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijan is situated on the Western Caspian coast, in the South Caucasus's east. It is an incredibly beautiful area of unique natural contrasts: 9 of 11 main climatic types of the Earth, from subtropics to alpine meadows, are represented there; the four seasons can be watched simultaneously. We will start our travel from Baku which is subtropic and we will go to the jungles. Not only nature will surprise you. Also the history, tradition, cuisine, our hospitality will make your heart warm.
Itinerary of the package:
Day 1 - Transfer to your hotel and free time:
We will pick up you from Airpot and will transfer to your accommodation within 5-6 km radius to the city center with 3-4 star. For the first day, you can have a rest, and enjoy Baku`s streets.
Day 2 - Baku city tour:
Our tour guide will meet you on the lobby of the hotel at 10 am. and you will be guided to below destinations:
1.Old City Baku (History of Maiden Tower, Shirvanshah`s Palace and traditional hammams. Then we will visit ABAD handmade souvenirs shop which is a social project for supporting small family businesses.
2. Haydar Aliyev Museum - Exhibitions and museums about the history of Azerbaijan
3. Highland Park visit (The best view to Baku)
4. Carpet Museum
5. Boat tour on the Caspian Sea (VIP tickets included. Note: Boats are operating only in clean weather) -Drop off to the hotel (approximately at 5-6 pm.
Day 3 - Qobustan, Mud Vulcano, Fire Temple, and Fire Mountain Tour:
On the third day, we will go to the history of Azerbaijan more deeper.

2. Mud Vulcanos in Azerbaijan

Day 4 - Trip to 2 different landscape:
On the fourth day of our incredible tour we will pick you up from your accommodation and we will drive to Qabala. On the way we will visit Mauselum of Diri Baba, the oldest mosque of the Caucasus which name is "Juma Mosque" and we will visit the ancient and traditional village of Azerbaijan which is Lahic. After that, we will drive to Qabala directly to your hotel.
Day 5 - Day at Gabala:
Fifth day - First destination in Gabala will be Nohur lake which is surrounded by forest. There you will have a chance to ride on a boat. The next will be "Seven Beauty" Waterfall. It needs 120 steps of stair to go up. The next destination will be "Tufandag" Winter-Summer Tourism Complex which is famous for its cableway trip and skiing activities.
-Another destination to enjoy our trip will be "Gabaland" Entertainment Center.
Day 6 - Transfer to Sheki city:
Sheki is must visit and historical city in the center of Sheki district and region. It is located in the southern foothills of the Greater Caucasus, 77 km north of the railway station, 352 kilometers north-west of Baku.
-Upper Caravanserai - Caravanserai – is a historical monument in Sheki, a part of which is used as a hotel.
-Palace of Sheki Khans - The Palace of Shaki Khans in Shaki, Azerbaijan was a summer residence for the Shaki Khans. It was built in 1797 by Muhammed Hasan Khan.
-Historical Museum of Sheki`s culture
-House of Hand Crafts which you can buy original handmade works for a very reasonable price.
-Lunch at a local restaurant in Sheki and taste "Piti" which is the local famous food of Sheki.
-Albanian Church at Kish village - In the 1st century A.D. St. Elishe, a disciple of Thaddeus of Edessa, arrived at a place called Gis, where he built a church and recited a liturgy. The church became the "spiritual center and the place of enlightenment of people of the East".
-Shop national sweeties of Sheki
-Back to Hotel in Qabala city.
Day 7 - Back to Airport:
We will check out from Gabala hotel and we will transfer you from Gabala to Baku Heydar Aliyev International Airport directly.

I chose my 25th anniversary as an occasion to travel to Azerbaijan and this tour was a token of gift to my better half. Right from the planning stage, Azerbaijan Guide- an initiative of Artunj helped me. I take this opportunity to mention in this forum that our tour wouldn’t have been what it was had it not been for the team of Azerbaijan Guide- Artunj, Farhad and Rashad. Right from the time of receiving us at the Airport, all through the tour and seeing us off at the Airport ( not merely dropping us there), we did not feel even for once that our interaction was for the first time. The touch was so personal and specially Farhad, who was our guide for the 6 days tour, treated us with such spontaneity that we did not feel for once even that we were foreigners. Farhad’s knowledge about the history of the places , his driving skills and to top to it all, his courteous behaviour was exemplary. The same can be said about Rashad, who took around old Baku. Artunj never left any scope of complaints and each one of them never hesitated to do that extra bit to make us feel comfortable. It was a life enriching tour made memorable by the service of the Azerbaijan Guide team.
